La NCO organise le samedi 16 février 2013 une après-midi de rencontre entre Wikipédiens, avec balade dans la ville de Dinan, photos, visites, suivie d'une soirée conviviale à Rennes.

    • We have a time scheduled when Wikidata will be read-only for a database migration. The window for that is Feb 20 19:00 to Feb 21 2:00 UTC.
    • New features and bugfixes on Wikidata are planned to be deployed on Monday (Feb 18). This should among other things include:
      • Showing useful diffs for edits of claims (they’re currently empty)
      • Automatic comments for editing of claims (there are currently none)
      • Ability to add items to claims by their ID
      • Better handling of deleted properties
      • More results in the entity selector (that’s the thing that lets you select properties, items and so on) so you can add everything and not just the first few matches that are shown
    • We’re still working on the issue that sometimes editing of certain parts of items or properties isn’t possible. If you’re running into it try to reload the page and/or change the URL to the www. version or the non-www. version respectively.
    • Deployment on all other Wikipedias is currently planned for March 6 (a note to the Village Pumps of all affected projects will follow soon)

    • Extended diff view to include references now
    • Fixed bug where incorrect statements revision was shown in diff view
    • Added first version of Linked Data interface (RDF/XML); will be accessible from Special:EntityData

    • Rollout of phase 1 (language links) on all remaining Wikipedias is still planned for March 6
    • Next update on wikidata.org is also planned for March 6. This will have bugfixes and if all goes well string as a new available data type.
    • Proposal was made to the Hungarian, Hebrew and Italian Wikipedias to be the first batch to use phase 2 of Wikidata (infoboxes). Scheduled timeframe for this is end of March
    • d:Wikidata:Database reports has some useful reports like the list of most used properties
    • The interwiki shortcut :d was changed to always use www in the resulting link (to prevent editing issues on other URLs).
    • The list of available properties is growing and a whole bunch of new ones are being discussed
    • Reasonator gives you a nice adapted view of an item about a person
    • Items by cat helps you find missing items in a certain Wikipedia category
    • A few more additions to d:Wikidata:Tools that you should have a look at if you’re editing statements
    • We now have more than 2600 active users on Wikidata. Thanks for being awesome. <3

  • Development
    • Rolled out new code on wikidata.org. The new stuff you probably care about is:
      • Improved references. They can now have multiple lines. This should make references much more useful. You can now have one reference with for example values for each of the properties "book", "author", "page" to describe one source.
      • Fixed the prev/next links in diff view (bugzilla:45821)
      • d:Special:EntitiesWithoutLabel now lets you filter by language and entity type
    • Widget to add language links on the Wikipedias directly: added setting to enable/disable it per wiki and made it available for logged-in users only
    • Widget to add language links on the Wikipedias directly: improved layout / size
    • Made it so that the “edit links” link on Wikipedia is also shown when the corresponding item only has a link to this one language and no other languages
    • Submitted improved Apache config patch to make wikidata.org always redirect to www.wikidata.org, which is awaiting code review and deployment.
    • Improved the script that is responsible for taking Wikidata changes to the Wikipedias
    • Added a few ways to better debug the script responsible for taking Wikidata changes to the Wikipedias. This should help with investigating why some changes take way to long to show up on the Wikipedias.
    • Started work on automatically adding edited items to the user’s watchlist (according to preferences)
    • Finished script for rebuilding search keys, so we can finally get case insensitive matches in a lot of places
    • Support for multi-line references in diff view
    • Selenium tests for inclusion syntax
    • Improved parser function (that will be used to access Wikidata data on the Wikipedias) to accept property ID or label

    • When you edit a statement there is a little wheel in front of the text field. This lets you choose between “custom value”, “unknown value” and “no value”. “No value” means that we know that the given property has no value, e.g. Elizabeth I of England had no spouse. “Unknown value” means that the property has a value, but it is unknown which one -- e.g. Pope Linus most certainly had a year of birth, but it is unknown to us.

    • The first 11 Wikipedias can now include data from Wikidata in their articles (If you want to see it in action see the infobox at it:Torino)
    • Worked on automatic summaries for statements
    • Worked on making properties accessible from the client using their label so you can use {{#property:executive director}} instead of {{#property:p169}} for example
    • Made qualifiers ready for the next deployment (Please test. See details further down.)
    • Selenium tests for qualifiers
    • Fixed some issues related to QUnit testing
    • Worked on improved handling and code design of multiple snak lists in the UI (qualifiers, references)

    • We’re currently carefully monitoring performance after the deployment of phase 2 on the first 11 Wikipedias. There seem to be a few small issues. As soon as they are resolved we'll deploy on English Wikipedia. All other Wikipedias are planned to follow very soon after that.
    • Bye and a big thank you to Anja, Silke, Jens and John who are leaving the development team at the end of the month and will work on other cool things. You’ll be missed!
    • Ever had any doubt about the possibilities of Wikidata? Talk to Wiri!
    • We worked on reducing the time it takes for Wikidata edits to show up in the Wikipedias and made some progress. Daniel posted an analysis
    • We started running a script on the database in order to make search on Wikidata case-insensitive. This should be finished in a few days and then search should be more useful.
    • In addition to the above we have rolled out a new search box that suggests items. This should also make finding things on Wikidata a lot easier for you.
    • We’re making some progress with Internet Explorer 8 support but there are a lot of issues with it (some outside our control). It’s unclear at the moment how much we can improve it still without spending an unjustified amount of time on it. You can follow the progress at bugzilla:44228
    • Edits are now auto-confirmed for users with more than 50 edits and account age 4 days: bugzilla:46461
    • Do you need old-style interwiki links for a sister project for example? This is for you
    • The Wikimedia Foundation applied as a mentoring organisation for Google Summer of Code again. We have proposed some Wikidata projects for students to take up if the Foundation is accepted again. At least 2 other organisations that applied also propose Wikidata ideas. More details on that once we know which organisations are accepted.
    • Denny hacked together a tree of life based on data from Wikidata
    • Wikidata was added to wikipulse
    • A template to retrieve data from Wikidata if no local value is set

Vous avez participé à l'édition de l'article Projet:Géolocalisation/Statistiques. Je ne suis pas sûr d'avoir compris ce que signifie l'expression « coord en titre » située en haut de la colonne de droite.

Bonjour, Coord en titre comme son nom l'indique désigne le nombre d'utilisation des modèles Modèle:Coord/display/title et Modèle:Coord/display/inline,title (sous-modèles de Modèle:Coord). Pourquoi ces modèles ? Parce que ce sont les deux seuls qui écartent un grand nombre d'utilisations du Modèle Coord pour ne retenir que ceux qui s'affichent en haut à droite. En effet c'est correct. Il y aurait bien un moyen d'affiner ses statistiques mais qu'en passant par une catégorie cachée qui exclurait les utilisations sur les pages annexes. Otourly (d) 4 avril 2013 à 18:19 (CEST)Répondre

Merci de me dire ce que tu penses de Wikipédia:Demande_d'intervention_sur_une_page_protégée#Requ.C3.AAtes_.C3.A0_traiter. Est-ce que je laisse un mot à utilisateur:Xfigpower - le concepteur de module:Coordinates - pour savoir ce qu'il en pense ?
Lorsque les catégories seront enfin remplies, on pourra utiliser {{PAGESINCATEGORY:categoryname}} afin de le mettre en haut de la page projet:géolocalisation, ce serait sympa.
Je n'ai jamais utilisé ce modèle, ci-après un test pour voir si ça marche.
Exemple :
Nombre d'articles géolocalisés extraterrestres : 583 (vérifier)
Nombre d'article dans la Catégorie:Article géolocalisé 2 (vérifier)

Here's your quick overview of what has been happening around Wikidata over the last week.
  • Development
    • The first year is over. Thank you everyone for being amazing and helping to build Wikidata and making it more than we could possibly have hoped for already. <3
    • Put a lot of work into improved support for Internet Explorer 8
    • Worked on improving recent changes code in client
    • Finished valueview refactoring. Created new extension “ValueView”
    • Implemented string formatter

    • upcoming: GLAM-Wiki 2013
  • Other Noteworthy Stuff
    • Deployment of phase 2 on English Wikipedia is currently planned for April 8. The remaining Wikipedias are scheduled for April 10. As usual this might change if we run into problems along the way.
    • There is now a page showing the current lag for changes propagating to the Wikipedias so they can show up in watchlists and recent changes for example. This should ideally be in the range of a few minutes. Right now it is higher because of some abnormally high bot activity but decreasing. Should be down to a few minutes soon.
    • There’s now a badge you can add to Wikipedia articles to indicate there is data about it on Wikidata
    • We hit Q10000000
    • A Wikidata item in the wild ;-)

It will hopefully happen very soon after that though.
    • Next code update on wikidata.org is planned for Wednesday. This should include qualifiers and bugfixes.

Hello Otourly,

I have seen you are trying help me too. Thank you very very much.

The problem's I don't know how and where I have to put that codes. What I know is that I want a embed OSM in pt.wiki as in de.wiki where there is a OSM logo on page top that when you click open a map in the same page based on coordenates.

I think this only can be done by administrators/programmers. But, whom have I to ask? Where?

Somebody have said I can iniciate a proposal on pt:Wikipédia:Esplanada/Propostas, and, that I'll do.

Bonjour, je vois que tu as modifié les coordonnées dans les infobox de certaines formations martiennes? Pourquoi? Ça déforme les infobox et ça cause un problème avec une référence, problème que tu n'as pas corrigé.

Problème divers concernant des images sur Commons modifier

Bonjour Otourly

Nous avons vu le webmestre et un documentaliste du Musée des Beaux-arts hier et la réunion fut très positive. Je vais faire un compte-rendu bientôt que je posterais sur le bistro.

par contre, M. Degroisse le webmestre a évoqué les difficultés qu'il avait a utilisé Commons, et il a besoin d'aide. Je te renvoi à sa page de discussion où il y a listé l'ensemble des soucis. Pêle-mêle, je note l'absence d'indication de licence (qui doit pouvoir se corriger aisément), le problème d'une image trop récente, et celui où ils utilisent la photographie d'un photographe professionnel employé par le musée dont ils ont acquis les droits, mais Commons ne le sait pas.

Mal travailler, c'est mal. Je suis resté dubitatif sur la suite à donner (je m'attendais à un autre résultat) alors que j'aurais dû faire une belle catégorie dès le début comme Speculos (d · c · b) vient de le faire. (bon, je ne savais plus trop comment faire une catégorie cachée mais ce n'est pas une excuse). Je vais probablement supprimer l'utilisation du modèle dans le paramètre état de l'infobox « comté » à l'image du paramètre état dans l'infobox « ville des états-unis ». Tout cela pour supprimer la propagation des modèles de tous les états sur toutes les pages de façon à pouvoir redonner un sens aux pages liées mais aussi pour préparer (peut-être) l'arrivée d'une propriété de wikidata. Hum pour le moment je ne pense pas qu'il faille réverter ça. Cela permet de préciser le paramètre région du modèle coord afin de détecter des erreurs éventuelles automatiquement. Lorsqu'effectivement les données seront dans Wikidata nous pourront alors l'envisager. Par contre, je pensais à un moment donner généraliser le modèle afin d'affecter tout les articles géolocalisés. Mais ça ferait deux modèles imbriqués...et pas mal de modèles du genre ISO 3166-2:Langue. Bref j'espère que Wikidata gérera cela aussi mais ce n'est pas gagné, car la géolocalisation n'est pas encore prise en compte. Otourly (d) 22 mai 2013 à 08:06 (CEST)Répondre
Je crois que je me suis mal exprimé. Actuellement le paramétre état de l'infobox comté accepte un modèle de type état : par exemple {{Alaska}}. Je vais demander à un bot de changer {{Alaska}} en Alaska (pour tous les états) puis je vais changer l'infobox comté pour que le rendu reste identique à aujourd'hui en utilisant la façon de faire de l'infobox ville des états-unis (c'est-à-dire que le champ état contient exactement le nom de l'état par exemple : Géorgie). Cela va permettre de supprimer le test sur les modèles état dans {{ISO_3166-2:US}} et donc la propagation des modèles de tous les états sur tous les articles. Pour wikidata, c'est pareil, je parlais de la propriété "état (is in the administrative unit)" du comté (ex : d:Q108372#sitelinks). En fait, je n'ai pas bien compris ce que tu as dit. Le modèle ISO_3166-2:US est mort puisque lorsque la récupération des propriétés des items parents fonctionnera il sera remplacé sur l'infobox des comtés par {{#property:ISO 3166-2|of={{#property:situé dans le territoire de}}}} ou {{#property:P300|of={{#property:P131}}}} dans l'esprit de ta modif sur l'infobox état des états-unis. Bonsoir, comme nos chemins se sont déjà croisés et que j'ai vu que tu étais admin sur commons, je m'adresse à toi sur une proposition d'un utilisateur de supprimer toutes les photos que j'ai déposées. La discussion se trouve ici. Sur les 6 photos, j'en ai remplacé deux, j'ai fourni les explications demandées pour deux autres et j'ai autorisé la suppression de deux. Comme rien ne bouge depuis, et que les bandeaux de suppression sont toujours là, j'ignore si l'utilisateur LX est toujours décidé à les supprimer les 6. Pourrais-tu m'éclairer sur la situation, et éventuellement intervenir ?

Je ne cache pas que je serais hautement contrarié s'il persistait à vouloir tout supprimer. Je suis tout disposé à en discuter également avec toi. Sans la barrière de la langue ce sera sans doute plus simple. Entre nous, je trouve inadmissible qu'une personne ne parlant pas la même langue lance des discussions dans une autre langue. Heureusement que je me débrouille en anglais. Un autre aurait baissé les bras immédiatement.

Bonjour, Je te contacte suite à une réponse d'Agamitsudo. ( Discussion_utilisateur:Agamitsudo#pms:Giuseppe_Pognante). Je suis en train de chercher les interwikis de la wikipédia en Piémontais et je suis tombé sur ce personnage. J'ignore s'il a une notoriété suffisante, mais je me dis qu'en cherchant un peu on trouverait peut-être quelque chose.

Bonjour. Je dois t'avouer que je n'avais jamais entendu parler de Giuseppe Pognante et que je ne connais pas sa notoriété. Je présume qu'il s'agit de ce peintre cité comme membre des Ziniars, mais je n'en suis pas sûr du tout. J'ai effectivement trouvé dans mes archives un Pognante épicier à Saint-Rambert-en-Bugey (importante ville d'immigration piémontaise) en 1918, sans détails supplémentaires. Ce qui m'embête, c'est que le peintre est nommé «Joseph-Jules Pognante», alors que l'acte de naissance est au nom de «Joseph Antoine Pognante», mais bon, avec les noms d'artistes, c'est possible que ce soit le même, les dates semblent coïncider.
Il faudrait pouvoir consulter le «Dictionnaire des artistes exposant à Lyon 1919-1939», de Sophie Couvra.
J'ai trouvé çà sur Gallica, sur les Ziniars, qui le cite:

  Beaucoup de chemin toute seule ? Héhé, n'empêche que sans toi, j'aurais mis des mois à cliquer partout avant de comprendre comment commons fonctionnait, je n'aurais pas autant WP:NHP et j'aurais galéré beaucoup plus dans les modèles, et je n'aurais sans doute pas compris ce qu'étaient les autres projets wikimédia et je n'aurais sans doute pas fait une jolie PU etc etc..

Il n'y a pas de lien entre le plan de gestion des réserves naturelles et le plan simple de gestion des cours d'eau et des forêts. J'ai scindé l'article principal pour avoir cette liste (dix neuf MH tout de même, seconde ville du Rhône en nombre de MH). J'ai été agréablement surpris par le nombre d'illustrations : 18 MH/19 illustrés (je ne doute pas que le dernier sera illustré durant ce mois de septembre  ). Par contre, il manque pas mal de géolocalisation : il est possible que je passe vers Villefranche durant WLM ; mais si d'ici là, tu as des idées précises sur certaines géolocs ? n'hésite pas.

Chers contributeurs lyonnais,
Ce samedi 19 octobre entre 14 h et 18 h est organisé un atelier de présentation et de contribution sur Wikipédia dans le cadre conjoint du mois de la contribution et du festival Villes en Biens Communs. Il se déroulera à la bibliothèque municipale de la Part-Dieu, plus précisément au 4e étage dans la Salle de la Découverte. L'idée est de présenter Wikipédia aux néophytes, et de contribuer ensemble sur le thème du Grand Lyon, tout en faisant de la formation, du recrutement de nouveaux contributeurs et un peu de recherche (après tout c'est le bon endroit pour cela). Il n'y a pas de programme défini, mais simplement une ligne directrice. Dans ce cadre là, je vous invite à nous rejoindre si vous êtes disponible. Plus il y aura de monde, plus le message d'une communauté forte passera. Vous pouvez amener votre PC portable (si vous en avez), ce sera toujours mieux. Vous pouvez vous inscrire sur cette page. J'ai fais une petite relecture de l'article Peinture italienne et il n'y a aucun lien interwiki dessus, ce qui est surprenant pour un article de cette importance. J'ai essayé de mettre au moins celui de la wiki italienne, mais je suis trop une quiche dans cette langue, je n'arrive pas à mettre la main sur l'article en italien. Je tombe des nues. Pas d'article de synthèse sur la peinture italienne sur la wikipédia italienne et anglaise, c'est hallucinant. Salut, en ce qui concerne les cartes manquantes qui rajoutent l'article dans une catégorie à illustrer, on en parle ici. En gros il faudrait rajouter un paramètre nocat=1 pour les cartes dans ces infobox. Afin d'éviter que ça les catégorise. Je vais en parler (si je n'oublie pas) dans la page de discussion approprié). J'ai remarqué que tu avais pris l'initiative d'ajouter les noms de plusieurs contributeurs à la liste Wikipédia:Connaissances personnelles/Participants : ce n'est pas prévu de procéder de la sorte et l'inscription doit être personnelle (voir la Discussion Wikipédia:Connaissances personnelles). Il me semble qu'il vaut mieux que tu supprimes toi-même ces noms de la liste et que tu proposes aux contributeurs en question de s'y inscrire personnellement s'ils le souhaitent.

    • Continued making the UI faster
    • Fixed Wikidata changes not showing up in the watchlist on the client (Wikipedia, etc.) (bugzilla:62149)
    • Decided to turn off the inoperable wikidata.org language subdomains for now to reduce confusion
    • Created initial version of Wikibase Internal Serialization component
    • wbEntity and wbUsedEntities JavaScript variables are now cached in the parser cache
    • Ongoing refactoring to get rid of the previously used numeric ID numbers in favor of prefixed IDs
    • Made wbsearchentities aware of previously unquoted percent characters
    • Put some time into fixing longstanding oddities that made the developers cry from time to time
    • Worked on reducing internal usage of EntityContent, in preparation for redirect support
    • Worked on performance issues with JSON dump generation (hopefully we can start generating dumps soon)
