Delpharm is a French pharmaceutical outsourcing company, also known as a manufacturer. The headquarters of the company is based in Boulogne-Billancourt. The company employs nearly 3,200 employees, for a turnover of around 500 million euros. Sébastien Aguettant is the president of Delpharm, which is today in the top 5 in Europe.

Delpharm began its adventure with a first site (owned by Delmas Perfusions) in 1988 in Tours. Then follows various acquisitions:

  • 1994: Roche site (Syntex) in Brétigny
  • 2002: Pfizer site (Pharmacia) in Evreux
  • 2006: Bayer site (Schering) in Lille
  • 2008: Boehringer Ingelheim site in Reims
  • 2011: Novartis site in Huningue
  • 2012: Besin laboratories site in Drogenbos
  • 2012: Bayer site in Gaillard
  • 2013: Pfizer site in Lyon
  • 2015: Sanofi site in Dijon
  • 2016: Takeda site in Novara
  • 2017: Roche site in Milan


Today, Delpharm is present with 12 sites in 3 European countries (Belgium, France and Italy).
