J'ai trouvé la photographie de [SUJET DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE] que vous aviez téléversée à l'adresse [URL DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE]. Cette photographie est très belle ! Je suis intéressée à en téléverser une copie pour qu'elle soit disponible sur Wikipédia. Je pense notamment pouvoir l'utiliser sur l'article [NOM DE L'ARTICLE] à l'adresse [URL DE L'ARTICLE]. Cependant, la licence [NOM DE LA LICENCE] que vous avez choisis pour la photographie n'est pas compatible sur les projets comme Wikipédia. Pourriez-vous envisager de la passer sur une licence "Creative Commons Attribution" (CC-BY) ou "Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike" (CC-BY-SA) ? Cela permettrait à tout le monde de voir et de profiter de votre photographie, tout en conservant votre crédit en tant qu'auteur. Pour changer la licence d'une image sur Flickr, il suffit de cliquer sur le lien "Changer" situé à côté de la licence. Quelques étapes supplémentaires vous permettront de changer la licence facilement. Chère ZXXX,

Comme convenu avec vous, voici les infos concernant le cas où ce serait moi qui publie la photo.

Après publication, il faut que la personne qui a pris la photo renvoie ce mail correctement rempli à info-fr<image001.png>wikimedia.org (si possible en me mettant en copie pour que je sache que cela a été fait). Il faut juste remplir les champs en jaune avec le nom exact de l’image concernée.

Voici quelques informations concernant le ticket OTRS.

Il faut l’autorisation expresse d’utiliser l’oeuvre et de la modifier ainsi que la mention de la licence (généralement CC-BY-SA 3.0). Je vous mets ci-dessous quelques liens qui expliquent les règles utilisées sur Commons:
