Leptopsalis pangrango est une espèce d'opilions cyphophthalmes de la famille des Stylocellidae.

Distribution modifier
Cette espèce est endémique de Java en Indonésie. Elle se rencontre sur le Gunung Pangrango[1].

Systématique et taxinomie modifier
Cette espèce a été décrite sous le protonyme Stylocellus pangrango par Shear en 1993. Elle est placée dans le genre Leptopsalis par Clouse et Giribet en 2012[3].
Étymologie modifier
Son nom d'espèce lui a été donné en référence au lieu de sa découverte, le Gunung Pangrango.
