Everybody Loves the Machine est un auteur-compositeur-interprète de rock progressif français. Tout d'abord connu sous le nom de The Sonar, il sort un EP nommé Devil Must Fuck Off en 2014 et se renomme par la suite Metalfist, nom gardé presque un an. Sous ce dernier nom, il sortira un EP démo en 2014, ainsi qu'un album et finira par enregistrer la moitié d'un dernier album, non-sorti encore aujourd'hui. C'est à la fin de l'année 2015 qu'il choisira son nom définition: Everybody Loves the Machine.
