Knafo ou Qnafo (hébreu : כנפו, כנאפו, קנפו) est un nom de famille d'origine d'Afrique du Nord (Algérie, Maroc) notamment porté par :
- Ariel Knafo (he) (hébreu : אריאל כנפו ; 1970) ;
- Avi Knafo (Qnafo) (en) (hébreu : אבי כנפו ; 1982), footballeur israélien ;
- Danielle Knafo (en) (* ?), psychologue clinicien, psychanalyste et écrivain marocain-américain juif ;
- הראל כנפו (he) (hébreu : הראל כנפו ; * 1965) ;
- Sarah Knafo, haute fonctionnaire française (née en 1993) ;

Ce nom est souvent porté par des Juifs séfarades mais pas exclusivement. Principales variantes : Khenaffou, Knafo, Knafou. Il peut s'agir à l'origine d'un emprunt au berbère « akhnif », qui signifie manteau, cape, robe de chambre, peignoir ou burnous. Cependant, vu l'importance du nom dans la communauté juive, on peut aussi envisager l'hébreu « kanaf » qui signifie « aile ».
