Deux sous-marins de la Royal Navy ont été baptisés HMS Unseen:
- Le HMS Unseen (P51) était un sous-marin de classe U de la Seconde Guerre mondiale, lancé le 16 avril 1942, qui a ensuite servi en Méditerranée, avant d'être démantelé en 1949.
- Le HMS Unseen (S41) est l'ancien nom du NCSM Victoria (SSK 876), un sous-marin d'attaque conventionnel (SSK) à long rayon d'action de la Marine royale canadienne, qui a été acheté à la Royal Navy en 1998.
