Interesting report on the percentage of female photographers hired for magazine covers in Germany

For those of you who understand german this might be interesting: The Female Photoclub in Germany together with the photographers' association Freelens and a division of the German Journalists' Association (DJV) has published a study about the quota of female photographers in the production/publication of magazine covers. You can find the study here. This article about the study is also a very profound analysis of the situation. Looking forward to tomorrow's editing session. Am I the only participant abroad? Cheers!
