Bidding grid
modifierIn order to make sure that people know *why* a decision has been made, I think it is desirable that the jury has a fixed grid where it attributes points to each of the bids so as to have something to show to the bidding cities and also to have a reference it can point to when asked on what the jury bases its decision.
