Keatext is a Canadian start-up founded in 2010. Its AI-powered text analytics platform automates the analysis of customer feedback.

Based in Montreal, an international hub for artificial intelligence, Keatext offers a SAAS solution for improving customer satisfaction. The platform acts as an artificial intelligence assistant that analyzes real time consumer concerns to prevent customer churn .

The platform's features include automatic comment grouping, opinion, and sentiment analysis, and trend detection.

The platform uses unsupervised machine learning and as a result, can find unexpected outcomes in the data. When supervised machine learning is used, the algorithm is trained on known outcome instances and "finds what you're looking for". With unsupervised machine learning that bias is eliminated making it possible to uncover unanticipated insights.
