„Das Flaggentuch besteht aus drei waagerechten Streifen - grün, weiß und grün - im Verhältnis 1 : 2 : 1, belegt mit einem rotes Kreuz, das ein Drittel so hoch ist wie der weiße Streifen. Das Verhältnis von Höhe zu Länge beträgt 2:3.“
