„Červený list s kosým bílým pruhem vycházejícím ze dvou pětin žerďového okraje a sahajícím do dvou pětin vlajícího okraje. Do bílého pruhu jsou položeny dva zelené pruhy v celkovém vzájemném poměru 1:1:2:1:1. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2:3.“[1]
