English: At Kumbum monastery, lamas, bouddhists and Huis military working for Guomindang. Picture situated in Qinghai Xining Ma Bufang Museum (青海西宁马步芳公馆) at Xining. The flags represent People Republic of China stars and text in Zang tibetan. Under the picture, the notice say : 塔尔寺活佛向军政委员会献旗,旗上藏文为:“大哉我公 拯弱救焚 打倒黑暗 康济斯民“. this seems to be related to Tujia lieutnant Liao Hansheng (廖汉生)[1]

Les drapeaux portés représentent le drapeau de la république populaire de Chine avec ses 5 étoiles et des inscriptions en tibétain Zang.
