Irina Arkhipova[1] (1925–2010), a Soviet and Russian opera singer and a teacher of art.
There depicted the badge of the Order of St. Andrew on the left.
The stamp of Russia, 15.00 Rubles, 29 June 2012, PTC Marka Catalogue No 1603, Michel No 1835. Coated paper. Offset printing, varnish coating. Perforation: comb 12×11½. Size of the stamp: 50×37 mm. Print run: 440,000.
