Description

Looking north over the Paraná River from Rosario, Argentina. The cable-stayed Rosario-Victoria Bridge spans the horizon, going from the north limit of Rosario, in the province of Santa Fe, across 600 m of the main river course and more than 50 km of islets, swampland and minor river branches, up to Victoria, province of Entre Ríos.

Argentina has no "freedom of panorama" provision in its copyright law. At least some think there is de facto freedom of panorama in Argentina regarding buildings:
