English: Typing pool at the Navy Department, Washington DC ca 1918-19. Military and civilian personnel in an office in the Main Navy or Munitions Buildings. Many of the women present are Navy Yeomen (F). Note the two male Chief Yeomen at the first two rows of desks and typewriters on most desks.
