The text on the stele reads:

In the 3rd year of Zhengshi (242) the Goguryeo [?invaded]... 正始三年高句驪[?寇]
...commanded the seven legions, and attacked the Goguryeo. In the 5th [?year] (244)... 督七牙門討句驪五[?年]
...again the remaining enemies. In the 6th year, the 5th month (~June 245), he led back [?his army]... 復遣寇六年五月旋[?師]

Annotated by Prefect of Andong County, Wu Guangguo 安東縣知縣吳光國注
