Sadly after over 10 years of wonderful holidays for any Naturalist, Bird lover or Walking enthusiast, we are coming to the end of our travels....70 looms! This is an old village house of character, in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of the Old Town with its white houses and Castle. It adjoins the Alconocales National Park, and you can see from my photos what a remarkable area it is. Monarch has recently added Gibraltar to its destinations from Birmingham Airport and easy Jet also offer flights to Gibraltar and Malaga. It takes around 1/2 hr from Gibraltar (30 miles inland to Jimena) and 1 1/2hrs from Malaga. The house comes fully furnished and equipped, it has been let in the past. A plus for Spain is the ground floor central heating which the house is comfortable all year round. We hope to sell to any offers above £80,000. It could be handled by an U.K agent and friend who lives in Jimena. If you are interested and want further details please get in touch by email. |
