Awarded to middle and senior management of the investigative apparatus of the ministry who have been in post for a minimum of five continuous years: for courage and dedication displayed during the performance of duty; for achieving high personal performance indicators, for improvement of professional skills; for the development and introduction of new working methods to enhance effectiveness of the investigative apparatus; for active cooperation with other MVD services which contributes to the fight against crime. |
