English: Kammadam Kaavu is a sacred grove situated in Kasargode, the northern most state of Kerala, India. This grove is more than 50 acres in area and believed to be the largest in the state. There are 5 small streams originating from the grove and flow together to join the Karyangod River outside the grove. Peculiar myristica swamps are also seen here.
മലയാളം: കമ്മാടം കാവ്, ഉത്തരകേരളത്തിൽ കാസർഗോഡ് ജില്ലയുടെ കിഴക്കൻ മലയോരത്ത് സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നു. 50 ഏക്കറിലധികം വിസ്തീർണമുള്ള ഈ കാവ് കേരളത്തിലെ തന്നെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ കാവായി കണക്കാക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. 5 അരുവികൾ കാവിനുള്ളിൽ ഉൽഭവിച്ച്, ഒരുമിച്ചുചേർന്ന് കാവിനു പുറത്ത് കാര്യങ്കോട് പുഴയിൽ ചേരുന്നു. സവിശേഷമായ മിരിസ്റ്റിക്ക ചതുപ്പ് ഇവിടത്തെ ഒരു പ്രത്യേകതയാണു.
