Hello! "Unken" is not the name of a german herpetologist, who described the phenomenon first (I hope I translated the sentence correctly). It is simply the common german name of the genus Bombina. So, "Unkenreflex" means "réflexe d'Bombina". Greetings, Fice, Feb 5, 2006.
