Le Scarborough Athletic Football Club est un club de football anglais fondé le et basé dans la ville balnéaire de Scarborough. Il remplace le Scarborough FC disparu cette même année, à la suite de nombreux problèmes financiers, et une dette s'élevant à 2,5 millions de £. Le Nord-Irlandais Darren Kelly est l'entraineur depuis .

Scarborough Football ClubModifier

  • Fondé en 1879, il est l'un des plus vieux clubs anglais, et rejoint la League(4e division) de 1987 à 1999.
  • Il est dissous à la fin de la saison 2006-2007 à la suite de nombreux problèmes financiers. Son dernier match a lieu le contre Hucknall Town lors d'une victoire 1-0 de Scarborough.

Scarborough AthleticModifier

Les supporters créèrent un nouveau club, Scarborough Athletic (en), qui évolue pour l'instant au stade East Riding Of Yorkshire de Bridlington[1]. Il joue actuellement en Northern Counties East Football League (D9).
