Čeština: Vlajka města Spálené Poříčí, okres Plzeň-jih. List tvoří dva vodorovné pruhy, červený a bílý, v žerďové části červeného pruhu bílý rovnoramenný trojúhelník vrcholem dolů, v žerďové části bílého pruhu černý rovnoramenný trojúhelník vrcholem nahoru. Vrcholy jsou položeny v jednu třetinu délky listu, výška trojúhelníku se rovná jedné třetině šířky listu, základna jedné třetině délky listu.
