English: President Benigno S. Aquino III congratulates Miss World 2013 Megan Young during a courtesy call at the Reception Hall of the Malacañang Palace on Monday (October 14). She was crowned in Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center in Bali, Indonesia on September 28, 2013 making history as the first Filipina to win the title of Miss World since its foundation in 1951.
