English: A plan for the dissolution of the USSR attributed to Roman Shukhevych, as mentioned in papers of the British Foreign Office, March 1949.
"The most recent excursion into this field is a plan attributed to 'General' Taras Chuprynka, reported to be the chief of the Ukrainian Liberation Army (UPA) whose activities constitute the only reasonably well attested indications of armed revolt in the Soviet sphere of influence. The General's plan envisages the division of the USSR into four distinct regions: 1) Siberia; 2) the Caucasus; 3) Turkestan; 4) the "Scandinavian-Black Sea Unit." It is this last-named division which contains the Ukraine proper, the other components being "a free Karelia", the Baltic States, White Ruthenia (Belorussia), "Kozakia" and "Is-ed-Ural" (sic)." Шухевича британське Міністерство закордонних справ розглядало документ, який дістав назву «План генерала Тараса Чупринки». Ним передбачалося поділити СРСР на 4 окремі регіони: 1. Сибір, 2. Кавказ, 3. Туркестан, 4. Скандинавсько-Чорноморський Союз. До складу останнього утворення мали ввійти Україна, а також вільна Карелія, Прибалтійські держави, Білорусія, Казакія та Ідель — Урал."
