The early Zionist Congresses were held in this building from the year 1897. This postcard has not been used and there is no date on it. According to the design of the flags next to the sign, it is likely that the postcard was produced in honor of the Tenth Zionist Congress, held in 1911, but it is also possible that it is from one of the earlier congresses. This postcard was published by "Zion" in Vienna, Austria, probably at the end of the first decade of the twentieth century.
