Description

English: A Boeing VC-25 (tail number 28000) standing in as Air Force One over the Statue of Liberty and the Hudson River, with New Jersey in the background. The flyover, intended as a training mission and photo shoot of the presidential plane, included the aircraft and an F-16 fighter plane escort. It caused a panic in New York City that led to the resignation of Louis Caldera, director of the White House Military Office.
