Baryphymula kamakuraensis, unique représentant du genre Baryphymula, est une espèce d'araignées aranéomorphes de la famille des Linyphiidae[1].

Distribution modifier

Cette espèce est endémique du Japon[1].

Étymologie modifier

Son nom d'espèce, composé de kamakura et du suffixe latin -ensis, « qui vit dans, qui habite », lui a été donné en référence au lieu de sa découverte, Kamakura.
