Reporting a user

Hi, I'd like to report a user named "Telco4" for the disruptive behaviour. When the article split discussion began at Wikipédia:Pages à scinder#Mediaset, the user initially tried to stop it by removing the section. Regarding transfer from frwiki.

I am currently performing media tranfers of logos that fall below TOO from frwiki to commons, can this be turned into a full-fledged initiative that I can lead, and can some stewards or global sysops delete the local copies of files, my goal for this project is for frwiki to substantially have a substantially lower amount of local files than it is currently. Hi @Grandmaster Huon. Could you list on a subpage of your userpage the list of files that were transferred and so that need to be deleted? Stewards will not delete pages here as you can request first to local admins, and global sysops don't have rights on frwiki (it is in exclusion set: meta:Special:WikiSets/7). Just list pages to be deleted and then request deletion on WP:SI.

PS: just seen you've also opened a section on Wikipédia:Le_Bistro/15_septembre_2023#Initiative_de_transfert_de_médias_sur_frwiki, it would be better to avoid posting 2 times the same comment Cordialement, -Framawiki ^✉ 15 septembre 2023 à 21:38 (CEST)
