Le codex se compose d'une folio. Il est écrit en deux colonnes, de 19 lignes par colonne[1]. Les dimensions du manuscrit sont 13 x 9 cm[1],[2]. Les paléographes datent ce manuscrit du Ve siècle[1].
C'est un manuscrit contenant le texte incomplet de la Évangile selon Jean (11,57-12,7)[1].
Le texte du codex représenté type mixte. Kurt Aland le classe en Catégorie III[1].
