Lambda Ophiuchi (λ Oph, λ Ophiuchi) est une étoile triple^[6] de la constellation d'Ophiuchus. Elle porte le nom traditionnel Marfik ou « Marsik » signifiant « le coude » en arabe.

Le nom propre Marfik a été officialisé par l'Union astronomique internationale en date du 12 septembre 2016^[7].

Lambda Ophiuchi est de type spectral A1V+A et a une magnitude apparente de +3,82. Elle est à environ 166 années-lumière de la Terre.
