This is a loom for making bags, from the rice straw, to store rice. Jigok-ri House construction's consists of three separate houses. The design is typical of houses in the village. To the left is the master's room and a kitchen and a storeroom were located to the south of the master's room. Cheongpung Cultural Properties Complex - located by the Chungjuho Lake. This complex is a reconstructtion of Cheongpung, a village that became submerged after the construction of Chungju Dam. It took three years to relocate the buildings and structures in the current site at a cost of of over 1.6 trillion won. Designated North Chungcheong Province Tangible Cultural Property #89. |
